Shipping
We want you to get your sneakers fast and hassle-free. Here’s how we handle shipping:
Carriers: We ship worldwide with trusted partners — UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours before being handed over to the courier.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within the timeframes below. This policy explains what’s returnable, how to start a return, who pays for shipping, and when refunds are issued.
What’s Eligible
New-in-Box Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories that are unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
Not eligible: final-sale items (clearly marked on the product page), personalized items, worn/used items, items missing original packaging or accessories, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks once opened), and items damaged after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you (no fees; we cover return shipping).
Return Windows
Domestic (USA): Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
International (outside USA): Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- GCC Region: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email team@byrvrs.com (or chat on the site / Instagram DM) with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you an RMA and a return label (for eligible returns) or the return address if label service isn’t available for your location.
Ship the item within 3 days of receiving the label/RMA and include the packing slip.
Response time: we aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Fees, Shipping & Refund Method
Defective/Incorrect Items: No fees. We cover return shipping. Full refund to original payment method.
Change-of-Mind/Size Issues (Eligible Items):
Return shipping: Paid by customer (we can deduct our label cost from the refund if we provide the label).
Restocking fee (if applicable): 10% flat fee for discretionary returns only (never charged on defective/incorrect items).
Outbound shipping: Original shipping fees, priority processing, and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Replace “10%” with the exact number you’re comfortable with. Avoid ranges like “15–20%”. If you don’t need a fee, delete this line; Google will like you more.
Refund timing: After we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7 business days of delivery to us), we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You may opt for store credit instead—tell us in your email if you prefer that.
Exchanges
For faster service, place a new order for the desired item/size and return the original per this policy. When the return is approved, we’ll refund the original order (minus any applicable fees described above).
Condition Checks
Returns must include the RVRS return label and packing slip. Footwear must be unworn (no creases/sole debris). Items returned in a condition inconsistent with the above may be denied and returned to you at your expense.
International Returns (outside USA)
International customers can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price minus non-refundable shipping and any import duties/taxes we cannot recover from the carrier/customs.
